We invite you to participate in The Radiant Life Development Program. RLDP is designed to nurture your faith, unleash your potentials and equip you for effective Christian service. There are four stages involved in our Life Development Process at The Radiant Church. They include: Membership 101, Essentials 201, Discovery 301 and Equip 401.

MEMBERSHIP 101:

Membership 101 is an orientation session aimed at acquainting intending members with the Vision, Mission, Structure, Strategy, and Core Values of The Radiant Church. It is required of every intending member of The Radiant Church to complete Membership 101 and Essentials 201 in order to be fully integrated into The Radiant Family. Membership 101 is a 4-Week program and takes place immediately after Service on Sundays for a duration of 45 Minutes.

ESSENTIALS 201:

This class is designed to guide you through the fundamental beliefs that every believer needs to become a fully devoted follower of Christ. Essentials 201 is a 12-Week program and takes place immediately after Service on Sundays for a duration of 45 Minutes.

DISCOVERY 301:

This class is designed to help you understand your uniqueness. In this class you will discover your personality, gifts, and purpose in life, and see how God combines them to suit your area of assignment in the work of the Kingdom. Discovery 301 takes place monthly at a scheduled time.

EQUIP 401:

This is a training session designed to Guide and Equip you for service in the area of your assignment or calling thereby qualifying you to join the Dream Team. Equip 401 also takes place monthly at a scheduled time
